SHUTEN ORDER Streaming Guidelines
We hereby establish guidelines for uploading and distribution (including livestreaming and similar activities) of gameplay footage in the form of videos and still images (henceforth to be referred to as "content") of "SHUTEN ORDER" for Nintendo Switch™ / PC (DMM GAME PLAYER/Steam), sold by EXNOA LLC (henceforth to be referred to as "the company" or "our company").
Uploading and distribution of the content is permitted for personal and non-commercial use in accordance with these guidelines.
1.Embargo Period
We ask that only content from Prologue, Ministry of Justice Route, Ministry of Health Route, Ministry of Science Route, Ministry of Education Route, and Ministry of Security Route be posted/streamed until September 30, 2025,11:59 pm JST.
During this period, please do not post/stream content from any part of the game not listed above.
We also ask that this be applied to social media posts. Please only post screenshots and "Photo Mode" images of the Routes listed above on social media until the embargo period ends.
2.Streaming Platforms
Users are encouraged to post content on video publishing sites such as YouTube, Niconico, Twitch, etc., as well as on social media. Please comply with the terms of use and guidelines of the platform(s) used.
3.Content
Please do not post/stream content containing solely story scenes, animated sequences, and cutscenes. This includes standalone videos, video clips, compilations, and other edited content.
Please refrain from extracting in-game materials and uploading and distributing them. Examples of in-game materials: character voice audio, background music, in-game designs
If the content involves key story elements and details, please be considerate of viewers and clearly state the content includes spoilers.
4.Copyright
When livestreaming, uploading, or distributing content of this game, please include the following copyright notice:

5.Monetization
Monetization is permissible through partner programs offered by video sharing sites (YouTube, Twitch, X, etc.).
However, please refrain from distributing content through websites or services that require payment to view the content.
6.Other Restricted Acts
・ Reproduction, copying, or secondary usage of official trailers, promotional videos, advertisements, or in-game footage.
・ Actions that damage the image of in-game characters.
・ Actions that alter or adapt in-game story.
・ Actions that defame or lead to the defamation of a third party.*
*Our company holds no liability in the event of a dispute between a user and a third party arising from, or in connection to, the posting of content, irrespective of what may have caused the dispute.
・ Actions that unfairly damage the image of our company and related companies
・ Distribution of content obtained through illicit means.*
*In-game content obtained by unauthorized modification, cheating, cracking, and other similar technical actions.
・ Actions that violate public order and social contract, including violent expression, anti-social acts, specific religious or political statements, etc.
・ Any other content the company deems inappropriate.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, if our company requests a user take action regarding the content of their stream for any reason, the content must be removed immediately.
Action may be taken against content deemed to be in violation of these guidelines, such as the removal or deletion of content, or the suspension of distribution of content. Please note, individual inquiries pertaining to reasons for deletion or removal of content will not receive a response.
7.About these Guidelines
Please understand that our company cannot respond to personal inquiries related to the content of the guidelines.
These guidelines may be changed or revoked without prior notice. Please check the latest version of the guidelines before uploading any content.
